Reorganizing a Document • The Outline view or Navigation Pane may be used to reorganize information in your document.
Section Breaks • Section breaks help you modify a document by dividing it into different sections. • They can also be used to separate chapters and apply page numbering. • You can’t view section breaks in the Print Layout view. You can view them in the Draft view. • Types of Section Breaks • Continuous • Next Page • Even or Odd Page
Tables and Captions • Tables can be added to a documents using the Quick Tables feature or by drawing a customized table. • Table Formatting • Borders • Spreadsheets • Sorting • Table Size • Captions
