  4. Reorganizing a Document • The Outline view or Navigation Pane may be used to reorganize information in your document.

  5. Section Breaks • Section breaks help you modify a document by dividing it into different sections. • They can also be used to separate chapters and apply page numbering. • You can’t view section breaks in the Print Layout view. You can view them in the Draft view. • Types of Section Breaks • Continuous • Next Page • Even or Odd Page

  6. Tables and Captions • Tables can be added to a documents using the Quick Tables feature or by drawing a customized table. • Table Formatting • Borders • Spreadsheets • Sorting • Table Size • Captions

Graphical Elements • SmartArt Graphic • Used to explained theoretical concepts • Screenshot • Takes pictures of complete of partial windows presented on your computer screen • Chart • An alternative way to display data • Include column charts, line graphs, pie charts, bar charts, and area graphs

  8. Reviewing a Document • Track Changes • This feature tracks, or keeps up with, the changes that are made to a document • Comments • Used to add suggestions, comments, when reviewing a document
