  2. WSSC BY-LAWS • Final revisions and approvals pending lawyer review • A few changes and additions to the original by-laws • Board Application • Board Membership • Four Elected Officers • Three ad hoc members • Three Committee Chairmen • Not to exceed 10 people

  3. WSSC DUES • No changes to dues amounts for 2010 • Based on your total # employees as of January 1st each year • Less than 10 employees $100 • 11-30 employees $150 • 31-100 employees $200 • Over 100 employees $300

  4. WSSC DUES • Dues must be current in order to vote • Each dues paying member/company - 1 vote

  5. OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES • OFFICERS ELECTED ANNUALLY • Chairman • Vice Chairman • Secretary • Treasurer **Applications for Board Membership are available on registration tables

  6. COMMITTEES • THREE STANDING COMMITTEES • Membership Development and Retention • Programs, Events, and Fundraising • Industry and Regulatory Liaison • COMMITTEE CHAIRMEN ARE APPOINTED BY BOARD CHAIRMAN AND SERVE VOLUNTARILY • FIVE MEMBERS PER COMMITTEE, INCLUDING CHAIRMAN

  7. MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND RETENTION COMMITTEE • Recruitment of new members • Conduct member needs surveys • Convey needs to board and make strategic recommendations

  8. PROGRAMS, EVENTS, AND FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE • Organize fund raising events • Plan educational programs to benefit industry employees

  9. INDUSTRY AND REGULATORY LIAISON COMMITTEE • Stay abreast of regulatory issues effecting O & G industry • Advise WSSC Board of pertinent issues • Recommend educational programs to Events Committee

  10. UPCOMING TRAINING • Portable Fire Extinguishers • Defensive Driving
