  3. This issue addressed the request to modify the COCAG Appendix C to include the Coordinated Industry Effort Process as an option for SPs to change the Code Holder of an NXX in the NPAC. INC was contacted by the LNPA Working Group with suggested changes to the COCAG Appendix C. INC revised the resolution in accordance with the LNPA Working Group feedback and the issue is in Final Closure. CO/NXX SubcommitteeIssue 466: Update COCAG Appendix C for Code Holder Changes in NPAC

  4. INC received input from the ATIS Toll Fraud Prevention Committee (TFPC), updated the INC matrix, and forwarded it to the DoN. The INC anticipates DoN feedback prior to the next INC meeting. NPA SubcommitteeUS Dept. of Navy Request for NPA
