Water Gas Shift Reactor • Feed: Syngas and excess steam CO + H20 CO2 + H2 COS + H20 CO2 +H2S HCN + H20 CO + NH3 • Three reactors in series • First two at high temperatures for fast conversion • Third at lower temperature for higher equilibrium conversion
