EMEA Loan Depot – Sales One-Pager Sales to COMPLETE the request form + SUBMIT to an AUTHORIZED APPROVER ( latest list here ) Note: Opportunity in SFDC (minimum of $5K)must be linked to Loan Depot campaign before the request is submitted Request VALIDATION Process * Authorized approvers will review the request and submit it in the IDEM Pool Management Tool ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Process IDEM will send a Loan Contract (English/French version) to customerNeeds to be returned (email/fax) BEFORE any shipping process is triggered Shipping – FREE Signed contract received before 12:00 CST will be shipped on same day. Delivery Time: France: 1-2 days, Rest of EMEA: 3-4 days Return Process – FREE 3 days prior to end of loan, IDEM will contact the customer contact to agree on Pick-up date/location detailsDATA PRIVACY: Data are WIPED OUT using the world’s most highly-certified wiping software (Clients only – except Windows RT XPS10) Customer loan request (up to 1 week) Customer Contract Acknow- ledgement N Ready for another loan Shipping (3-4 days) What kind of products?
