  2. Location: MHS is located in Northwest Indiana in Merrillville. Address: 276 East 68th Place, Merrillville, Indiana 46410 The school, along with all its athletic fields can be scene when driving South on I-65 from Chicago.

  3. Athletics: • Merrillville High School participates in the 5A division of the Duneland Athletic Conference. • The team has all major sports associated with it including Football, Baseball, Basketball, Track and Field, Volleyball, Swimming, Wrestling and Golf.

  4. Athletics Continued: • MHS also has its fair share of famous athletic alumni that it is proud of, including but not limited to: U.S. Track Gold Medal Winner in the Olympics – David Neville 2 time Super Bowl Champion – Eugene Wilson 4 time NBA Champion Coach of the San Antonio Spurs – Gregg Popovich 2010 Super Bowl Champion -Mike Neal
