905. Grading: criminal attempt, solicitation & conspiracy • Penalty the same as committing crime except: murder and Felony 1’s are Felony 2s; mitigation: dismiss if unlikely
905. Grading Mitigation: if solicitation, attempt or conspiracy unlikely to occur charges my be withdrawn
Multiple Convictions: 906 Can be charged with all three but convicted of only one

913 – Possession of firearm or other dangerous weapon in court • Each court house must provide: • 1. A weapons locker • 2. Free of charge • 3. Temporary checking of weapon • 4. Must be cleared by chapter 61 • 5. Must be issued a receipt when checking • 6. Weapon returned upon exit from court
