  2. WHAT WERE WE LOOKING FOR? 1. The junction of the theory, the tools and the practice of knowledge; 2. The balance between cohesion and autonomy; and 3. The use of the game like learning tool.

  3. THEORETICAL “SYSTEMS THINKING” IDEAS INTRODUCED IN THE DESIGN OF THE COURSE • Balance between cohesion and autonomy • Integration between discursive and practical dominions • Capability to know and use rules • Care for the self and the other selves • Strategic thinking • Production of trust • Competition and cooperation

  6. PENSAJISTAN GAME Presentation The purpose of the game is to represent the social and environmental interrelations in which organizations participate. The system in Pensajistan is conformed by: the “State” and the subjects or citizens. Players earn “holons” (h$) selling goods and services to the Public System or exporting in the international market; through dividends earned by the corporations that conform them, or by taking control of the State.

  7. PENSAJISTAN GAME CONSTITUTIVE RULES: Rule of Purpose The purpose of the game is to accrue capital. The capital is represented in holons. Capital is accrued by the production of knowledge in the field of systems thinking.
