  1. Hello we are students of Trutnov grammar school. And we have a project about The Giant Mountains • The Giant Mountains are very very beautiful! • The highest mountain is Snezka.

  2. History of the Giant Mountains • Maybe the Giant mountains were bigger than Mt. Everest • Now they have about 1500m. • The GiantMountains never were underthe ice.

  3. The towns of the Giant Mountains Trutnov is the town where we live. And there is Trutnov´s Grammar school. Spindleruv Mlyn is a ski centre. It isn´t a very big town, rather it is a big village. In Svoboda nad Upou there is paper industry. There starts the river Upa. Janske Lazne is a famous spa. There are many ski lifts.

  4. Skiing in The Giant Mountains • There are many ski centres (Spindleruv Mlyn, Harrachov, Janske Lazne, Pec pod Snezkou).

  5. Nature of the Giant Mountains • There are a lot of beautiful flowers and nice animals. • The Giant Mountains National Park (KRNAP) was founded in 1963. • Temperatures are around 0-6°C. • The Giant Mountains wereon the list of UNESCO in 1992.

  6. Footpaths in the Giant Mountains • There are a lot of footpaths. • They are very very beautiful and a little hard.
