The CASE Technology Framework The CASE module is a research-based framework. It measures how school technology programs impact student learning by outlining the essential factors that schools need in order to prepare students for college and career. The CASE module delivers easy-to-use, customized technology plans as well as actionable next steps for improving technology readiness.
