  4. If we assume Breaking Bad News is a skill, what are the components of the skill? Is it a hard skill? Or a soft skill?

  5. What part of the skill is overlooked, or undervalued?

  6. What are the personal pressures an in house counsel faces in a Breaking Bad News Situation?

  7. What happens if the Bad News situation was exacerbated by the Legal Department itself?  What does the Chief Legal Officer do?

  8. When breaking bad news, do you modify your technique based on the client or personality with whom you are dealing?
