Meeting arrangement • Two parallel sessions from Tuesday to Thursday • Session 1: NB-IOT (VC Hiromasa Umeda) • Session 2: LAA and EB/FD-MIMO (VC Xizeng Dai) • No joint sessions during the week • Meeting room • Session 1: ASTRI Rm502-503 • Rm506+507/508 & Rm501 (offline): • Open 8:00 – 18:00 (Tue., Thur.)/20:00 (Wed.) • Session 2: Conf. Hall 3: • Open 8:00– 18:00 every day

  3. Document handling guideline • Documents missing Tdoc submission deadline 10:59pm UTC on Tue. 21st June 2016will be marked as late and won’t be treated • Please pay attention to presentation time => brief summaries • Session Chair will distribute meeting minutes daily • Revisions /new tdoc numbers allocated only by the judgment of the session chair • Please pay attention when you use the reflector to circulate draft documents. If the attachment name matches the pattern ‘R4-79AH-xxxx.zip’, it will be automatically uploaded to the 3gpp ftp server as an official document • [The following Inbox can be used for submission during the meeting : http://www.3gpp.org/ftp/Inbox/RAN4/Inbox/ ] • Special guideline for RAN4#79AH • Submission of CR: only Rel-13 Cat F or Cat B CR will be treated, since only Rel-13 specification will be ready before submission deadline; • All the documents can only be endorsed during the ad hoc and need re-submitted for formal approval in the next RAN4 meeting.
