Focus on our own attitude toward God. What can we do?
Do we want to please God, or not? Is this our priority or not? 1 Thessalonians 4:1 Finally then, brethren, we urge and exhort in the Lord Jesus that you should abound more and more, just as you received from us how you ought to walk and to please God; Colossians 1:10 that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; Mark 12:30 Mind our own attitude
Focus on our own attitude toward God. Nurture our faith. What can we do?
Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint. Trust God and wait on Him. Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Psalm 119:89-90 Nurture our faith.
