Cergo fit: Special Investment
Cergo fit speed: Special Investment
Cergo compact: Ceramic Furnace
Cergo press: Furnace for pressing and firing.
4. Cergo Preparation
5. Transpararency and Translucency
6. The Cergo processing
7. The Cergo processing Frameworks must be modelled with a minimum wall thickness of 0,7 mm
8. SprueingThe wax coping should be sprued with sprues of 3 – 3,5 mm diameter and approximately 5 – 6 mm long.
9. Sprueing- Sprue on the thicknest area (Crowns – incisal, Inlays – approximal)- The pressed object should be in a line with the ring former - When investing several objects, ensure that the upper edges are on one level
10. Ring systemThe ring system consists of sprue former, ring and spacerRings of 100 g and 200 g are for the investment available
11. InvestmentCergo fit:Heat rate: 7°C/min.Holding time: 270°C / 40min.End temperature: 850°C / 40minCergo fit Speed:After ( investing ) 15min. in the furnaceat 850°C / 45min. – 60min.

13. Investing Cergo
14. Preheating furnaceThe Cergo ingots must not be preheatedAfter the setting time, the ring and the plunger are preheated together
15. Cergo Press plunger
16. Cergo colour classification
17. For the pressing process take the ring out of the furnace, place the pellet in the pressing channel and place the plunger onto the pellet.Place the ring in the injecting furnace immediately and activate the injectingprogramme.
18. Pressing The press program::
- Start temperature : 700°C
- Heat rate : 60°C/min.
- Pressing temperature: 980°C
- Holding time: 20min.
- Pressing time: 20min.
- Pressing pressure: 4,5 bar
19. For easy divesting mark the position of the objects with another plungerCut the investment with a disk accordingto the markingSplit the two parts carefully
20. Remove the outer investment by sand-blasting, using ALO2 at 3 – 4 barspressure, until the pressing objectbecome visible Divest the pressing object carefully withglass beads, using 50 microns at 2 barpressure
21. The ceramic must be cooled with waterduring cutting off the sprues and trimmingthe crowns or copings
22. Die color core laquer for the stain technique
23. Stain with the Body stains
