The Definition, according to the NC DPI Website,: “…Responsiveness to Instruction (NCRtI) is a multi-tiered framework which promotes school improvement through engaging, high quality instruction. Blended Learning Rubric: Overview • Purpose: • Set goals in individual classrooms and across the school • Toidentify areas of strength and for development in BL classrooms • To measure progress in implementing BL, semester by semester and year by year • Assumptions: • The BL Rubric is a supplement, not a replacement, to your existing teacher rubric • Language is intentionally broad to provide room for interpretation and innovation • We will work on the rubric in PLC’s in September.
