Meet Mrs. Beal. Education. I grew up in Everett. I attended Everett Elementary and Everett High School. While in high school I participated in band, chorus, drama club, tennis, Warrior’s Pride, and the yearbook staff. I graduated from EHS in 1995. . Education.

Education I grew up in Everett. I attended Everett Elementary and Everett High School. While in high school I participated in band, chorus, drama club, tennis, Warrior’s Pride, and the yearbook staff. I graduated from EHS in 1995.
Education After high school, I attended Allegany Community College, now called Allegany College of Maryland. During my sophomore year, I transferred to Shippensburg University. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education after student teaching at Nancy Grayson Elementary (in Shippensburg) and James Gettys Elementary (in Gettysburg). I also earned a Master’s degree in Reading from Shippensburg University.
My Family My husband, Walter, is also known as Jake. He grew up in Meyersdale with his brother and three sisters. He has two nieces and three nephews. Jake works at Bedford High School.
My Family My son’s name is Luis. He was born in Reading. He has four sisters and one brother. Luis joined our family when he was 10 years old. Soccer is his favorite sport. Luis graduated high school June 2014. His future plans include attending Shippensburg University.
My Pets This is Proximo and Lucy. They are our German shepherds. We have had Lucy since she was a puppy and Proximo since he was about two years old.
My Friends Included among my friends are: Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Kalinauskas, and Mrs. Boyd.
Hobbies One thing that I like to do is crafting. I make jewelry and knit scarves. Setting up at a craft fair and selling the things that I make is fun too!
Hobbies I also like photography. Sometimes my husband and I just get in the car and drive around. I always take my camera just in case I find a good photo opportunity!
Hobbies I turn some of my photos into canvas prints.
Hobbies Of course, my favorite hobby is reading!
