Measuring the Intensity Level of the Problem Subjective Unit of Discomfort (SUDS) Level Using a scale of 0 to 10 10 = Worst 0 = No longer a problem Ask: How much does this ……… bother you NOW? You don’t have to be very accurate especially if you don’t know make a calculated guess. Note your own SUDS Level measure
