Program Overview History Mission & Goals Prepare social workers for advanced practice as facilitators, partners, and leaders in planned change activities with service users and community service providers Educate professionals ready to assume administrative and direct practice roles Prepare practitioners to strengthen families through programs, services, and policies that support family and community well-being. • First admitted students 2003 in Collaborative • First graduating class 2005 • Continuously accredited by the Council on Social Work Education since 2003 • Built strong community partnerships with agencies and providers who support our Program and students.

Program Structure • Collaborative Program with two campuses • Jointly run by faculty of both campuses (Orange Sheet) • Course locations; all social work courses taught at UW Fox Valley; primarily evening hours • Some electives taught on each campus • “Special Student Status” gives you access to all of these courses
