CONCLUSIÓN Para cumplir con los requerimientos del cliente respecto a la compra de una laptop versátil, es necesario prestar mayor atención en la certificación de los proveedores para adquirir componentes que cumplan con el 100% de los requerimientos del producto final (laptop). Sin embargo, también es necesario evaluar y definir a los proveedores, para estipular contratos que se apeguen a los requerimientos de la organización.
