  7. OMB DATA ELEMENTS • PROJECT ACTIVITY • Name/Description of Project or Activity • Amount of ARRA funds received – Cash recvd as of report • Description of Project (CODE) Nat. Ctr. For Charitable Assistance Code • Narrative Description of Award/Activity – Purpose, Results, Outputs, Outcomes. Sub-recipients, Significant Deliverables, Units of Measure • Evaluation of Activity Completion – Status based on Performance Reports using 50% Rule • Employment Impact – Give Narrative descrip. On Employment activity cumulative by Qtr. Include Sub-Recipients .   10. WHAT DO WE NEED TO DO NOW? • KEEP UP TO DATE • FORMULATE A SMALL GROUP TO MANAGE THE PROCESS • INCLUDE RESEARCH PRE AND POST AWARD STAFF, FACULTY, DEPT ADMIN., CFO, AND V.P. RESEARCH • THEY NEED TO NOT ONLY DETERMINE DIRECTION, MAKE BASIC DECISIONS ON APPROACHING THE ISSUES BEFORE THE UNIVERSITY, BUT ULTIMATELY TAKE THESE DECISIONS FORWARD TO THE REST OF THE UNIVERSITY • IDENTIFY THE MISSING DATA AND DETERMINE HOW IT WILL BE COLLECTED AND REPORTED BACK TO THE GOVERNMENT • NUMBER OF NEW POSITIONS • NUMBER OF RETAINED POSITIONS • TOP SALARIES
