Peña: The out-of-school youth will be our priority. Santillan: We have started this even before Efren Penaflorida started his kariton advocacy but we have never really taken action but now we are inspired to focus on our project. Pena: This time it will be on van. We have 10 vans, as a start, to roam around the region to give alternative education to our children. We have available books and notebooks and pens. We will educate all the children in the region. If they can’t afford to go to school then they can still learn through our projects.
