  4. What has DIHR been doing on hate crimes? • Awareness raising activities • Educational activities • Study on hate crimes • Promotional activities

Focus on law enforcement institutions • Police and law enforcement institutions are in place to ensure protection of citizens and to ensure that the human rights of the individual are not violated • Key institution to secure access to justice of victims • Key institution in prevention of crimes
