  1. ERS Detail Report for 9 Month Faculty • 9 month faculty pay periods include 4 months for 9 months work and only summer months Additional Compensation DOS codes

  2. ERS Detail Report for 9 Month Faculty • Select ERS Detail Report for 9/12 Academic and click Next

  3. ERS Detail Report for 9 Month Faculty • Enter the Employee’s UID. If unknown, enter the Employee’s name, click Find Employee and click Next

  4. ERS Detail Report for 9 Month Faculty • Leave all fields to the default asterisk and click Next

  5. ERS Detail Report for 9 Month Faculty • Select Ledger Year and Quarter to automatically reflect correct pay period for the corresponding Quarter and click Next

  6. ERS Detail Report for 9 Month Faculty • Leave the default for Report Fields and click Finish

  7. ERS Detail Report for 9 Month Faculty • The column highlighted yellow in the ERS detail report should be compared to the Payroll % [A] on the ERS Report • If they do not match, a reconciliation needs to be done
