  2. What is MiCTA? MiCTA is an organization whose roots began in telecommunications in the early eighties, and in the past several years has expanded program offerings based on Member requests. The organization represents all nonprofit entities including educational, governmental, libraries, health care, religious/charitable, and public sector with national representation. MiCTA produces and publishes collaborative RFPs generating agreements that are made available to all Members. MiCTA Service Corporation (MSC) coordinates and administers the RFP process and resulting agreements.

  3. MiCTA is NOT • A vendor or a reseller of vendors • A consulting company • A agent of any vendors we publish • A organization that not compete or replace Member’s purchasing professionals, but rather adds an additional resource to already understaffed and under-budgeted Purchasing Departments

  7. Local Service (CLEC) CLEC services are any local voice services provided by the local carrier in major areas. Please contact the above for a quote of services.

  8. Long Distance Long Distance varies by state and by interstate/intrastate. Please contact the above for the correct pricing. We are typically better than the State contracted rates.
