  2. Low Risk Data • CSTS queries based on “Low” supervision level (Administrative status) • Data collected from CSTS, S-cubed, and MNCIS • Time intervals up to 18 months • Recidivism percentage, offense type, and offense level calculated

  3. Medium Risk Data • LSI-R report generated produced offenders with risk scores of 15 through 25 • Data collected from S-cubed and MNCIS • Time intervals up to 24 months • Recidivism percentage, offense type, and offense level calculated

  4. High Risk Data • LSI-R report generated produced offenders with risk scores of 25 and over • Data collected from S-cubed and MNCIS • Time intervals up to 24 months • Recidivism percentage, offense type, and offense level calculated

  5. Combined Data • Data in total was analyzed according to trends (risk principle), offense level, and offense type

  7. Summary • Risk principle was proven true • Traffic offenses, DWIs, and other chemical-related offenses (Underage Consumption, usually) make up the most reoffenses • Most reoffenses are misdemeanors • Small percentage of reoffenses are assaultive in nature
