    6. Who is driving Stationing decisions that impact IT?

    8. RCIO Leads Participants include DOIMs, ISEC, PMs, ACOMs, ACSIM, DPW, Incoming/Current tenants. Intended Outcome: A single prioritized list of all IT requirements and implementation and resource strategies for each. Installation-focused vs. BRAC-only focused. Should augment or replace existing meetings – not add to them. Non-players should be identified to HQDA through the RCIOs.

    9. How do I ensure that my IT requirements and issues are captured and addressed?

    10. By participating in the local site assessment working group!

    11. How will funding for validated BRAC IT requirements be distributed and executed?

    12. Will you be able to meet BRAC law without it? Does the requirement exceed what you currently use today? Will the requirement be addressed by another Army program?

IMCOM has an approved DOIM staffing model that will be used for projecting requirements for Stationing Post-Single DOIM Implementation Migration of Services to the APCs The model does not apply to OCONUS IT Garrisons with mission-staffed DOIMs (2) DOIMs that have undergone A-76 (27) IMCOM is in the process of applying the model to right-size DOIM TDA manpower requirements IMCOM will seek authorizations in the FY 10-15 POM

    20. RCIOs –leading the formation of Site Assessment Working Groups, disseminating guidance, coordinating and elevating issues. DOIMs – organizing and scheduling Site Assessment Working Groups with current and incoming tenants, developing plans to synchronize IT initiatives. ACOMs – participating in Site Assessment Working Groups, ensuring subordinate organization participation, identifying command priorities.

    22. Army Stationing has greatly increased everyone’s scope of responsibilities and the flow of information. Proper coordination and synchronization of key activities are the keys to success Your participation in the Site Assessment Working Groups is critical to ensure your requirements are captured and addressed. ISEC must receive your requirements or they are not captured in the BRAC IT Spend Plan. Reference the I3 Master Plan to remain cognizant of Army program priorities.
