  2. Secondary Persona Marshall is a senior at University of Washington and will be graduating in May 2012. He is a double major; His first major is HCI at the Information Science Department and his second is Music. After he graduates he wants to pursue Digital Art as a career. He is planning to take up a few HCI projects. He visits DUB website to Know of the current and past projects and the research interests of professors. He's also interested in the courses that HCI professors take. Marshall Goody Current student Personae

Top Successes • Consistency in design and content of the pages • Some pages display good categorization and hierarchy of information Top 5 Issues • 1of 7 user goals failed and 3 of 7 them were partially successful • Poor scent of information that hamper’s navigation between pages • Insufficient information on some of the pages (active/inactive projects, past projects etc) • Some pages display poorly categorized links with no information on where the links lead • Left side navigation bar creates confusion as it remains static while the page content changes Executive Summary
