  1. 5 MOST COMMON FOOT PROBLEMS

  2. Plantar Fasciitis Usually caused due to shoes with high arches and doing high-impact activities, plantar fasciitis can be a huge problem. The pain is usually experienced at the bottom of the heel.

  3. Bunions A bunion is basically a bump which is developed on the large toe joint. Wearing a tight shoe causes these bunions to develop. Ideally, specially designed shoes for foot pain in FL should be bought for such conditions. These shoes help subside the bunions to a great extent.

  4. Hammertoes It is a condition where the toe is sitting almost like a claw, with a bend in the middle. It can cause friction while running and will lead to severe pain.

  5. Corns Corns can be called as patches of thickened skin. They are painless initially, but over time, they might start to be painful. Corn plasters can be applied as a treatment.

  6. Ingrown Toenails It is a condition where an edge of a toenail grows and is pressed into the skin edge. Along with pain, the skin gets red and swollen.
