In such cases, disabling the banner page is the only solution to reduce the cost of the high multifunctional copier. Just follow the below methods according to your preference. • Disabling it From Printing machine • First of all, push the ‘login/out’ button located on the printer’s control panel and then enter your user id and password in the text field.

Then click on ‘Status’ button on the control panel and then touch the ‘Tool’ tab on the screen and after that click on ‘System settings’ button followed by clicking ‘print service’ settings option on the ‘Group’ section.  • Now in the ‘Features’ menu, click on the ‘other’ settings. Then tap on the ‘Banner Sheet’ button and then click on ‘Change Settings’. Then click on ‘Off’ next to the option and then tap on ‘Save’ and ‘Close’ button. • In the end, push the Login/out button again and give the confirmation to log out. • Disabling it From Computer • Firstly, right-click on the start menu and click on ‘Control Panel’. • Then select ‘Hardware and sound’ from the options and select ‘Printers’.  • Then right-click on the name of your machine and select ‘Properties’ from the options.
