Checklist • Do we have a real and realistic budget – time wise and money wise? • Is our bookkkeeping system in line with the expectations of the funding authority? • What about relations and communication with pubic administration and authorities? • Is there a methodology, that can be adapted over time? • Do we have a team that is keen to go for it?
