Key Accomplishments & Decisions Finalized project costing exercise CP 2&3 Approved in MDA on March 19, 2008 Completed Validation requirements for phase 1, until CP4 Finalized SLA chargeback calculation (maintenance fee to GVA) CSA in circulation for signatures Plans for Next Week(s) Key Milestones Infrastructure technical setup in MDA (Intel, UNIX, LAN) Conduct application workshops to • Further detail project plan into specific activities & stage boundaries • Define alpha testing approach per application • Plan for data migration Technical implementation of Siebel, Internet & intranet Open CP1 for Phase 2 project Executive Summary • Phase 1 setup costs as per approved CP 2: 498,000 EUR (timesheet, HW, SLA) • Annual maintenance fees calculated at 448,000/Year as of 2009, including HW, SW, WAN, storage, monitoring, backup, facilities, etc. • Some setup and maintenance costs may be absorbed into phase 2 implementation. Phase 2 includes many new applications to GVA DRP, including ARISg, Presto, Crystal.
