Class Objective • Create a workflow that will accomplish the following: • Allow Math teachers to recommend Math Level (Accelerated, Standard, Progressing) for students in their classes. • Allow defined Approver to review and update this level. • Once approved, update student field with this information.

  6. What is a workflow? • Offers a way to define and manage a process. • Represented by a series of steps or phases. • Phases are connected by outcomes. • Information can be captured on each step. • Participants can be defined for each step.

  21. Step 6: Design your workflow • Attach Approve Math Level to Submit Math Level • Click Complete outcome. Change name to Submit. • Attach Math Level – (your initials) form to outcome. • Click on Focus to focus on the Approve Math Level phase. • Click Complete outcome. Change name to Approve. • Attach Math Level – (your initials) form to outcome. Check the Post box (set ID to Approve). Complete
