Filled in Application form Proof Document (LEC card, Patta Pass book or D-Form Patta) Photo (Optional) SMS Alert Mee Seva Center Farmer Application forwarded online to MAO Visit to MAO Proposal Form MAO Office

  3. Scrutiny of Application & Generation of Sanction Proceeding Application request forwarded online Scrutiny of Application and forwarding online Mee Seva Center Farmer Forwarding the request online Online Generation of Sanction Proceedings SMS Alert MAO Office ADA Office JDA Office
