  2. What is Jealousy Webster definition : having morbid fear of rivalry in love or preference given to another; painfully suspicious of the faithfulness of husband, wife, or lover. Fig 2 “dictionary”

  3. The emotional part. Jealousy is a secondary emotion and typically refers to the negative thoughts and feelings of insecurity, fear, and anxiety over an anticipated loss of something that the person values, particularly in reference to a human connection.   4. What the experts think? Psychologists have proposed several models of the processes underlying jealousy and have identified factors that result in jealousy. Fig 4 “doc ( the picture depicts a doctor talking to a troubled woman”

  5. Sociologists Sociologists have demonstrated that cultural beliefs and values play an important role in determining what triggers jealousy and what constitutes socially acceptable expressions of jealousy. Fig 5 “doctor 2 ”

  10. I'm not envy Our culture uses the word jealousy as a synonym for envy, but its not an envious person can be motivated to improve, a jealousy person can’t. Fig 10 “green monster”

  13. Not a small monster According to scientist jealousy is not just one emotion its; A WHOLE BUNDLE OF EMOTIONS! Fig 13 “big green monster”

  16. Love change Most people become jealousy when some thing new or better come up into the equations. For example: a baby or bet etc…. Fig 16 “thinkers”

  17. The swings The lost of power or somebody gaining power out of nowhere is one of the main causes of jealousy Fig 17 go and stop”

  18. Gotta catch it There are JEALOUSY TRIGGERS, that you can catch before the green bug effects you. Fig 18 “power on”

  19. It pays to be the boss Many people don’t address there jealousy issue because they don’t see it as a issue, but controlling jealousy gives you control over your life. Fig 19 “the boss room”

  20. Fighting the demon Jealousy if left untreated can turn into a big problem Fig 17 “big dog little dog”

  21. Be proud to be you The main cause behind feeling jealous is your doubting your abilities or skills; or lack of self confidence Fig 21 “pump up”

  22. Distract yourself If you can’t seem to shake the monster than than just don’t look at it, . Just like with cravings for snacks, if you distract yourself the negative feelings wont disappear but you'll fill better. Fig 22“stop looking”

  23. The Remedy If you struggling with jealousy, the only cure is, not with the person or thing, but it is with in Fig 24 “good futune”
