INTRODUCTION • Majority of training will be in the Sports Medicine Center • Opportunity to rotate on other services related to sports medicine and orthopaedics • Time and adequate support services available for research activities related to Sports Medicine

CERTIFICATION • Accredited/ACGME PM&R Sports Medicine Fellowship (2009) • PASSOR approved • Open to board eligible graduates of ACGME accredited PM&R residency programs
