Next Due Date: Wednesday March 7 (A); Friday March 8 (B) • Check in with advisor • Show updated documentation: • Review updated timeline • Dates you will be getting hours • Deadlines for your three journal entries • Identification of supervisor • Updated Contact Log • Updated Hours Log (if applicable) • Come to us with questions! What can we do to help you with your project?

  3. What should I be doing in MCE? March & April Get your 12-15 hours done! Write your reflective journal entries (#1-3) Work on Components of your portfolio * Professional, polished resume that includes your capstone project * Create a supplemental reference sheet for your resume (this must include at least one contact from your capstone contact log sheet!) * Contact Log * Documentation Log * Photographs/videos of your experience * Developing interview questions for your supervisor * Recording interview with supervisor Write your final journal entry (#4) May Work on visual displays Send thank-you to supervisor Invite supervisor to attend Senior Project Showcase June Senior Project Showcase Graduation!

Informational Interview • Must be typed Written double spaced, 12pt font • Must have a cover page • Must meet all of the requirements stated in the report guidelines • Due Dates: Wednesday May 2th for Day B students and Friday May 4thfor Day A students • Practice makes perfect! Tuesday, March 20th

  5. Senior Breakfast • March 20th 8:30-11:00 am • Breakfast will be served in Great Path Commons • Activities/Presentations from MCC Faculty and staff • Opportunity to practice your Informational Interview questions on Mr. Trent “TJ” Barber, Director of Student Activities at Manchester Community College.

  6. Essential Forms – All on Website • Excused Absence Form • Letter to Supervisor Form ( w/ Ms. Skoglund or Ms. Leslie contact info) • Student Evaluation Form ( w/ Ms. Skoglund or Ms. Leslie contact info) • Informational Interview Packet

  7. Proposals • Due date was 2/24: only ¼ met deadline • All of you who did not meet the deadline, your MCE grade switches from “P” to “F” and your parent will be/has been contacted • Those who met deadline will be able to attend alternative activities on Wed/Thurs, those who did not will work on Proposals/have assignments in MCE to complete
