IT • Design and setup of the company IT infrastructure, focusing on the following topics: • Data Center and Server Farm • Development and testing platforms and environments • IT Procurement • Asset Inventory and Management • Desktop and Workplace management • Network (LAN and Internet connectivity) • Voice (PABX management and connectivity with the public network) • Infrastructure applications setup, installation and maintenance • Continuous strengthening and widening of the internal know-how for the reference areas Quality & IT - Organization and Mission spazio zerouno

5. Development and Testing Environments • Provide state of the art HW and SW development and testing environments • Tools testing and validation for the company projects • Evaluation, validation and installation in the production environment of commercial tools • Design and development of proprietary tools • Continuous strengthening and widening of the internal know-how for the reference areas Quality & IT - Organization and Mission spazio zerouno

6. Configuration Management • Definition, in co-operation with development teams , of the development methodologies and environments • Identification of all the documentation, HW and SW components belonging to the company projects/products • Tracking changes • Status accounting and configuration auditing • Definition, in co-operation with the development teams, of the project metrics and measurements reporting • Company documentation management • Software Load Generation • Delivery of the developed systems • CM Projects: design, implementation and maintenance of CM systems at customer sites • Technical management of all the CM projects and consultancy activities performed for the company customers • Continuous strengthening and widening of the internal know-how for the reference areas Quality & IT - Organization and Mission spazio zerouno

7.
