  2. Purpose • To inform.  •  To provide a high level overview. •  To give you time to prepare(training, communication).

  3. What is a Bundle? PeopleSoft delivers application software packages called “bundles” four times per year (quarterly). A bundle release contains four elements:  New software features  Capability enhancements  Fixes for known issues  Regulatory compliance items

  4. Delivery Continuous Delivery Model (CDM) • Sequential applicationon an ongoing basis • Implement new functionality to meet immediate needs • Institutions no longer have to rely on costly, disruptive major upgrades • CDM customers must be on the same software release • All updates must be applied in sequential order • Bundle 29 is a prerequisite for Bundle 30

  5. Objectives To successfully apply the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Bundle 29 To prepare for the application of Campus Solutions Bundle 30 Q3 released July 26, 2013

  6. Success Criteria/Benefits  Campus Solutions will be up to date on releases, features, and enhanced capabilities  175 various software fixes corrected across the modules  Financial Aid will be within regulatory compliance  Campus Solutions will be ready for the application of Bundle 30

  7. Assumptions  PeopleSoft will continue to deliver software updates each quarter  Enterprise Applications will continue to install the bundles  End users will participate in the Bundle install projects to ensure the software fixes and new capabilities meet LSCS standards and business processes  Business owners will communicate changes to staff and constituents
