What I was having problems with • SCALE • LakeBed was > 5280 feet • That’s a mile • STRETCHING LIKE CRAZY, even with the use of procedurals and high UV repetion • NEEDED A SMALLER Scene to work with • procrastination -
New Problems with Finishing • Animated Grass – not enough time to play with it • Not enough grass to get the full effect of the grass anyway, crashes scene • AO looks bad due to use of LP assets. • Time
What I Want to Do To It • MORE GRASS EXPERIMENTATION • MORE HDMI IBL Options • LESS BAD • Look into possibly rendering PE in a different pass using Maya and then finding a way to composite it in to my standard MR rendered scene • Find more ways to generate large Terrain Textures without having to rely on handpaintedmegatextures.
