(Q2) Top Mgt is responsible for QM. Implementation involves all members of the organization Point to note: QMS that are implemented should be financially viable and give rise to economic value

Do an in-depth analysis of the mission statement. What do you think are the values and beliefs manifested in the mission? Would the mission statement provide the clarity needed to steer the company ahead in the present situation? How would you create a more embracing and empowering mission for your company? For your division?
