Look for the Welcome Box on the upper right corner of the main page.

1. Welcome to the Innovation Lab, a collaborative community of pool and spa owners and knowledgeable industry professionals.

2. Look for the Welcome Box on the upper right corner of the main page. It’s easy. Just fill in the fields as prompted and before you know it…you’re in! Click on the Sign Up text if you are new to the community. Click on the Sign In if you have already signed up.

3. Look for Poolside Chat in the main navigation menu or in the center of the main page. • Click on any of the chat topics that interest you • and then look for • Reply to This to post your comment in the field provided. • To start your own chat click on +Add a Discussion and follow the prompts. • Look for these icons to share the Poolside Chat with your friends.

4. Access Groups using the main navigation tab or look for the Group icons on the upper left side of the main page. Have an idea for a group you would like to highlight? Start your own group! Just click on + Add a Group at the top right corner of the Featured Groups page and follow the prompts. The prompt fields are very intuitive. Before you know it – you’ve started your own social network around a topic you’re passionate about

5. Access helpful Pool Maintenance Tips as well as tips on how other pool owners all over the country are conserving energy and going Green. Just look for the tab on the main navigation menu and choose a topic from the drop down menu that interests you.

6. Follow our blog and watch for regular features. Post your own comments using the comment field provided. Be creative and embed a video, post a photo, or upload a file as part of your response. Look for the Share, Twitter and Facebook icons to pass the blog and appended comments on to your friends.

7. Look for our Featured Videos on the Main page of the Innovation Lab. Add your own using the simple uploader or use video embed codes from YouTube, Hulu, and Vimeo or other services. Join our discussions of famous pool scenes from movies by adding your own family-oriented videos.

8. Look for our podcasts with interviews of knowledgeable pool industry professionals. Have an idea of someone you would like to hear interviewed? Click on the Pentair Podcast navigation tab and post your suggestion.

9. Browse our beautiful image library. Upload your own photos. We support photos in the .jpg, .gif, and .png file formats. Or you can send images using email or your phone.

10. Look for events and contests hosted by Pentair Water Pool and Spa. You are encouraged to participate and in most cases (unless it’s a private event or party) invite your friends! Look for the icons to share.

11. Access great menu ideas that include the recipes by clicking on Just for Kicks in the main navigation bar or the ad in the right column. Hosting a party? Have your own menu ideas? Be sure to tell us how your party went and post the recipes you’re willing to share. And see what other members share.

12. Click on our social icons to follow us on Twitter, Facebook, Podbean, and YouTube. Or access our Twitter feed under Pool Tweets on the main page. Look for other interesting pool related news feeds throughout the community.

13. So come in! Bring your friends. Love of the water. It’s our reason for being. If it’s yours too, dive in and join the conversation!
