How can Ohio replicate a sustainable program statewide? • Identify schools whose leadership see a potential in experiential learning • Offer training to these institutions: • Executive level / Dean Level • Department Head / Director Level • Advisor Level • Have schools develop effective locally founded programs in teams (Ex: WACE training) • Require commitment on all organizational levels • Award seed money to establish placement office and program structures • Allow institutions to charge feesthat cover costs • Monitor that quality has been met and that fees are used appropriately.
