  15. Remember to… Create LPAC Identification Minutes for your Bilingual/ESL Instructional Aide to bring to her training on TUESDAY, Sept. 6, 2014. She/Hewill be inputting these students’ data into E-schools. Please provide at least ONE page of BOY LPAC Minutes for this year. Remind your Bilingual/ESL Instructional Aide to bring a charged FUNCTIONING Laptop/IPAD as they will be practicing entering actual students into the PEIMS system.

  16. Reminder Current DATA ENTRIES must do the Exits from EOY 2014, all category changes, and verification that categories are correct. This is not something Bilingual/ESL Instructional Aide are trained to do therefore the current Data Entry clerks are required to fulfill this duty as they have done every year.

  17. HLS Three year old program HLS needs to be replaced by a current HLS for PK.
