Ch 5 Sec 3 Canada Today Date WOW (under the RAP) Regionalism Quebecois -refers to the strong connection that people have toward their region. -Majority of Canada’s language is English -Quebec’s main language and culture is French -believe Quebec should have special status to recognize cultural differences -some want independence from rest of Canada -English-speaking Canadians believe they already have too many privileges.
