Amendment 6 • Guarantees an accused person a swift and fair trial
Amendment 7 • Guarantees the right to a jury trial in civil cases tried in federal court
Amendment 8 • Protects people from cruel and unusual punishment and excessive bail
Amendment 9 • Establishes that people have rights beyond those said in Constitution
Amendment 10 • Establishes that all powers not given to federal government or held from state government are given to each state/citizen • In Winona Lake, Wisconsin, it is illegal to eat ice cream at a counter on Sunday. And don't expect to order a slice of cherry pie a la mode in Kansas on the Lord's Day. No restaurant is allowed to serve it unless they're willing to run afoul of local police. Marbles, Dominoes, and yo-yos are also banned on Sundays in a handful of states.
