  1. Nucleolus. It contains all the DNA.

  2. Nucleus. • Regulates all cell activity.

  3. Nuclear envelope • Double membrane layer that surrounds the cell.

  4. Rough endoplasmic Reticulum • Rough endoplasmic reticule synthesize proteins, while smooth endoplasmic reticule synthesize lipids and steroids, metabolize carbohydrates and steroids (but not lipids), and regulate calcium concentration, drug metabolism, and attachment of receptors on cell membrane proteins. Sarcoplasmic reticule solely regulate calcium levels.

  5. Ribosome Attached & Free.

  6. Cell membrane. • Biological membrane that separates the interior of all cells from the outsides environment.

  7. Mitochondrion. • Is a membrane-enclosed organelle found most in eukaryotic cells.

  8. Smooth endoplasmic reticulum. • Organelle of cells in eukaryotic organisms.

  9. Centrioles. • Barrel shaped cell structure.
