  1. Case of the week – 06-11: ‘Ringing bell’ sinus of valsalva aneurysm Clinical History: A 42-yr-old ♂, recent onset breathlessness. Examination: Grade 5/6 continuous murmur in 4th left I/C space. ECG: RBBB with first-degree heart block. Echo: A spherical mass rapidly moving to-and-fro across the TV, flow-filled and probably communicating with the non-coronary Sinus of Valsalva. CMR: RV-VLA confirm the communication of the aneurysm with the non-coronary SOV and revealed its rapid oscillation across the TV. X-ray angiography: Confirmed the findings. Perspective: A mobile SOV aneurysm is highly unusual. Here multimodality approach including CMR aided precise delineation of anatomical and functional characteristics.
