Business studies at WUTbackground • Started in 1922, by Karol Adamiecki • WUT introduced management education as the first university in Poland and one of the first in the world • Karol Adamiecki was prof. of WUT; he is recognised as the father of scientific management in Poland • Prof. Adamiecki published his first papers in scientific management even before F.W.Taylor and introduced the concept of schedule (before H.L.Gantt )
