  3. 1. Ensuring the absorption of new connections to the billing system immediately • Steps taken • Modification process is in progress with MSL through AGM(IT/AD) to eliminate delays encountered in the past

  5. 2. Accommodation of Customers with supportive documentation in trilingual (Contd..) • Province, District, Divisional Secretariat, GN division Number and also the Code ( If available ) should be filled by Officer In Charge and the Commercial Section should enter them to the system.

New method to Insert Administrative territories of the existing individual Customers • Under the direct supervision of AGM(IT/AD) • Extract Docket wise / Pack wise customer details from regional database in Excel format or printout and pass to regional OICC by respective Systems Administrators • Modifications_20140625\Consumer_ Province_District_DS_GNDivition_Details.xlsx

Excel format or printouts (appropriately)already given to regional OICC by respective Systems Administrators • Modifications_20140625\Province Details.xlsx
