Discovering the Influence of Leadership • Discovering the influence of leadership by • feeling small in your leadership shoes (1:1-2) • Feeling inadequate to replace Moses • Feeling awed by the responsibility • Feeling overwhelmed by the obstacles • Insight: Notice how God understands our weakness, fears, and inadequacy. He speaks appropriately to the needs of our lives.

Joshua has to do his part and God would bless each step of faith and obedience.

This keeps your mind • off your inadequacy.
